Mr. Akaraphun Ratasuk, a recent Ph.D. graduate of ICO NIDA, successfully published part of his doctoral dissertation in the \u201cAsia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration\u201d. The journal is ranked in the \u201cSCImago Quartile 2 \u201d in the area of Business, Management and Accounting .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His research collected data from 103 cross-cultural teams in restaurants located in Bangkok, Chiangmai, Pattaya, Krabi and Phuket. His research found that the teams in which members demonstrated high cultural intelligence (CQ) tended to exhibit a greater degree of team knowledge sharing and receive higher evaluations of their innovative performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His research was under close supervision and guidance of his adviser, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Peerayuth Charoensukmongkol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
