ในโลกที่เข้าถึงกันมากขึ้น ธุรกิจยุคใหม่ต้องการผู้นำที่เข้าใจตลาดระดับนานาชาติอันแสนซับซ้อน ที่มีความสามารถทางกลยุทธ์ระดับโลก หลักสูตรนี้จึงออกแบบโดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา ให้สามารถนำองค์กรระดับสากลและบริหารทีมที่หลากหลาย พร้อมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้เติบโตระดับโลกได้อย่างมั่นใจ
แต่ละวิชามีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้ได้รับความรู้ทั้งทฤษฎี แนวคิด และเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในสาขาที่ตนเองสนใจ โดยนักศึกษาทุกคนจะต้องเลือกเรียนรายวิชาเอกอย่างน้อยจากกลุ่มวิชาที่กำหนดต่อไปนี้ โดยนักศึกษาทั้งแผน Thesis และ Independent Study จะต้องเลือกเรียนรายวิชาเอกไม่น้อยกว่า 9 หน่วยกิต (3 รายวิชา) จากกลุ่มวิชาเอก
