Prepare Your Application
Completed ICO NIDA application form, all official transcripts and degree certificates (graduation date must appear on transcript), ID documents (passport for internationals; ID card + house registration for Thai applicants).

Recommendation & Photos
One recommendation letter (from a professor, colleague, or supervisor), three passport-sized photographs, and a medical certificate issued by a Thai hospital.
